Milk Body Polish --- the natural way!

There are so many luxurious body scrubs and milk baths in stores today, and I have to say nothing else compares to this simple but very effective Milk Body Polish my mom taught me. If you feel like pampering yourself, or preparing your skin for that "fake" tan, you can try this recipe and you'll see how smooth your skin will be!

Things we need:

Brown sugar
Milk
Ripe papaya (optional but recommended)

Directions:

If you're using ripe papaya, mash it and mix with the milk. This may smell awful but it's very good for your body. It gives you that natural "glow." It lightens your skin too.

Get inside the tub. Make sure your skin is dry.

Gently lather some milk-papaya mixture on your arms and rub some brown sugar on it. Softly exfoliate your skin, making sure you're doing round circular motions slowly. You don't want to scratch your skin.

Do this to the rest of your body.

Let it stand for 10 minutes. Rinse.

*TIPS: It's best not to soap your body after so the papaya and milk can seep through. You can do this before bed time or if you stay at home all day.

I found your blog on a link exchange post in the forums. I've added a link to here on my blog. I would love it if you could do the same.

Thanks,
Amy
